Trees New England has been involved with the International Society of Arboriculture's (ISA) Tour des Trees since 2001.
The ISA's Tour des Trees is an annual bike tour focused on raising money and awareness for trees and tree research. The research projects funded from the money raised are aimed toward promoting safe work practices for the people who care for trees (arborists) and to promote research on the health, longevity and benefits of trees.
Each rider on the Tour is to raise a minimum of $3,500 for the full week long Tour or as a partial rider $600 for each day ridden. For every dollar not raised the riders must personally guarantee the difference.
This page is dedicated to our colleagues, friends, family and fellow cycling enthusiasts who have helped make Team Trees New England successful fund raisers.
This year's ride, July 21-26th is heading from Indy to St. Louis, MO! Itinerary 6 days = 500 miles! |
